The WhichInsight™ Editorial Team
Last updated: June 2026
Every page on WhichInsight is published by our editorial team — a small, independent group based in India that researches credit cards, verifies every figure against the issuer's own documents, and reviews each page before it goes live.
Why we publish as a team, not personalities
We publish under a single editorial-team byline rather than individual author names. That is a deliberate choice, not an omission.
Most finance sites lead with personalities. We lead with the method. On WhichInsight, your reason to trust a number is not who wrote it — it is that the number is traceable to the bank's own page, with the exact quote and the date we last checked it. The working is the author. A figure that is sourced and human-verified is reliable regardless of whose name sits above it, and a figure that is not sourced is not reliable no matter how impressive the byline.
This is also how we stay genuinely neutral: a collective, method-driven team has no personal brand to protect and no incentive to take a paid-looking stance. We are accountable as a publication, and you can reach a real person behind it at hello@whichinsight.com.
Who we are
WhichInsight is researched and maintained by a small independent editorial team in India. We are not affiliated with any bank, card issuer, broker, or financial-services firm, and we do not accept payment from issuers to influence rankings or reviews. We are reader-funded in intent: the site is free to read, and our only goal is to be the most trustworthy source of credit-card information in India.
How we work — the short version
Everything we publish runs through the same process:
- Source every number. Each fee, reward rate, cap, and rule is taken from the issuer's official card page or MITC (Most Important Terms & Conditions), and stored with the source link, a verified quote, and the date we last checked it.
- Verify before publishing. Every figure is checked by a person against the bank's published terms, and each page must clear a 14-dimension quality bar before it goes live.
- Show our working. Where a bank does not publish a detail, we say so rather than guess.
- Keep it current. Every card page carries a visible “last verified” date, and we re-check cards over time and when a change is flagged.
The full detail lives in our Editorial Policy and How We Verify Credit Card Data.
Editorial independence
We do not accept payment to place a card higher in a comparison or review, and advertising never influences our rankings. If we introduce affiliate links in the future, commission will never affect ordering, and every affiliate link will be disclosed on the page where it appears. See our Editorial Policy for how ordering is actually decided.
AI assistance
We use large language models as a research accelerator — to summarise long terms-and-conditions documents, structure our data, and run consistency checks across the catalogue. Nothing an AI produces is published as-is: every number is human-verified against the bank's published terms, and a person reviews and signs off on every page. AI never sets a figure or decides a ranking. The editorial responsibility for what you read is ours.
Corrections
If you spot something wrong — an outdated fee, a missing exclusion, a changed benefit — email hello@whichinsight.comwith a link to the page and a source. We verify against the issuer's official page, correct it promptly, and note material changes visibly on the card. We do not silently edit pages to hide past errors.
You can see what we have recently verified and updated on the changelog.
